ABOUT bellis
Bellis Show Jumping offers elite training, top quality horses and exceptional care. Our facility in Maple Park, Illinois, is a premier hunter jumper show stable with exceptional amenities. Our staff provides excellent attention to each individual horse and rider’s needs and goals. The competition schedule includes both local and national shows including the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida, during the winter months.

Steve schaefer

Steve has shown in all divisions of the hunters and jumpers with numerous grand prix victories to note. His training of clients includes many success stories, some starting in the short stirrup divisions and advancing up the ranks to the junior hunters, junior jumpers, and on to the grand prix ring and international competition.
Schaefer is well known for his riding talent in the grand prix ring and his fast jump off rounds. He has brought many young and difficult horses along to the top ranks as well as riders. His experience in the saddle is a huge asset to his training program with the ability to keep horses performing their best for the competitive show ring.
Steve is uniquely qualified and experienced in assessing a rider's needs and goals, then matching the rider with the appropriate horse and training program to help them achieve the success they aspire to. Steve is dedicated to finding the right horse for each individual client’s needs, goals, and budget.
Rebecca Lannoye

Rebecca (Becca) is very committed to giving each and every horse the best individual care possible. She is passionate about the exercise and nutrition of the horses so they can reach their highest potential in the sport. Becca looks forward to continuing her own growth in the sport while helping riders achieve their own personal goals. Becca brings experience with developing young horses and has shown in jumper rings across the country, earning top prizes as a junior, amateur, and now a professional rider. Her attention to detail on a daily basis keeps the program running smoothly and successfully.
